We've been really lucky this week to have support from Alisia

Blog 10 August 2025
There's a lot of behind-the-scenes work at to be done at USS and Alisia worked hard helping with all of it, sorting resources, developing materials, helping with practical elements of the work we do we well as supporting Janis during sessions.
On her last day yesterday she even led this brilliant workshop about the differences between Odontoceti (toothed) and Mysticeti (baleen) whales.
If anyone is interested in interning with USS, please get in touch. We can't afford to pay, but we can offer accommodation and some really brilliant experiences!
